Aymee is extensively trained and specialized in helping families who are impacted by addiction and other severe mental health challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Attachment Disorders and Hoarding.
Aymee believes that through emotional regulation, reprograming of false beliefs, and balance in life, body and spirit, every person has the capability to make positive changes to their lives and overall functioning. She firmly believes in a “regulation first” approach to treating anxiety, depression, neuro-diversity, PTSD or adjusting to transitions in life. Aymee approaches her work with the perspective that body and the brain are closely tied together through the nervous system. Every client will include strategies to “hack” into the body’s nervous system with proven regulation strategies to bring calm and connectedness.
