“Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.”

- Erik Erikson

Individual Therapy

Our master’s level clinicians use a multitude of evidence-based interventions to help clients gain the skills to reach their goals, and improve the relationship with themselves and with others. Individual therapy is appropriate for people who desire moderate to intensive support through life’s challenges.

Skill Building and Life Coaching

You deserve a life worth living. The concepts of Dialectical Behavior Therapy provide a foundational guidance for ways to be mindful and effectively manage the distressing moments in life. Our bachelor’s level counselors and coaches use these concepts as the foundation in their approach to helping others. Coaching and skill building sessions are for people who desire moderate support and short-term solutions. Coaching sessions can be just as effective as traditional psychotherapy for 1/2 of the cost.

Mental Health Related Disability Assessments and Recommendations

Mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and neuro-diversity can create barriers for people in the workplace and school settings. People with these barriers qualify for reasonable accommodations through the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Our assessment specialists can help you to identify specific barriers and can provide recommendation letters for these reasonable accommodations in your workplace, school, public spaces and rental properties. Some common accommodations include emotional support animals (ESA), attendance considerations, time/deadline considerations, sensory integration needs and so much more.

Mental health diagnostic assessments are also available to assist in providing informed treatment recommendations for physicians and other health professionals including assessments for mental health disorders addressed in the laws governing cannabis use in the state of Utah. We can provide a diagnostic assessment for Autism or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which are qualifying conditions under the current Utah medical cannabis laws.

Assessments start at $125 per assessment with additional costs for recommendation letters or consultations with other health professionals.
